Our topic
Our topic for this Civil War project is Change and how it affected the Civil War. We chose this topic because there were so many different changes, for example, there were changes in technology and weapons, changes in people's views of the war, even smaller changes that didn't affect everyone, like changes in families and friendships. Change in the Civil War could help some people, but it could hurt others. Change was inescapable. Without change we wouldn't have the technology, views and country that is known as the United States of America. Without change, we wouldn't have had the Civil War or a reason to keep our nation together.
